Digital Collections leader, DebtStream, has been selected as part of Tech Nation’s Fintech 5.0 cohort for 2022/23.
Tech Nation is the UK’s leading networks for ambitious tech entrepreneurs. The Fintech 5.0 programme supports high-growth UK tech companies transforming the fintech and insurtech sectors aiming at accelerating their growth. Entering its sixth year, the programme has built an incredible network of over 100 alumni and is delivered as part of HM Treasury’s Fintech Sector Strategy.
DebtStream has been selected as one of only 50 companies to join the 5.0 cohort recognising the push the company is making to change the Collections and Recoveries sector with its Digital Collections Solutions.
The new cohort features several scale-ups within the sector that have demonstrated their credibility as future fintech and insurtech leaders. As part of the rigorous judging process, companies must be at a stage of development equivalent to seed or Series A, have a product in the market used actively and be headquartered in the UK.

The programme will help with our next stage of growth, as we continue to accelerate our path towards being the leader in digital collections. The programme is funded by the UK Government’s Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sports, a tailor-made programme to support founders and the wider leadership team for UK fintech and insurtech companies.
