CSA Webinar: Changing The Face Of Collections
In our recent webinar with the CSA two of our Co-Founders Gareth Bailey and Martin O’Donnell talked about the background of DebtStream, why we exist and the current landscape in Collections.
We are excited to announce we are working with the Zinc Group who has selected DebtStream to power their digital collections capability, enabling customers to service their accounts through end-to-end self-service options.
Zinc is a Credit Management company that offers collections and recoveries services across various sectors including banks, consumer lenders and utilities businesses, directly under the Zinc brand or as a white label service under the client’s brand.
We are delighted to be supporting them as they evolve their digital collections capability powered by the DebtStream platform, enabling Zinc to offer personalised self-service journeys across the Collections & Recoveries lifecycle, empowering customers to take total control of their account, all at their fingertips.
The platform went live earlier in the year seeing some amazing results in terms of customer engagement and self-service adoption, and we’ve worked closely with the team to embed additional features from our product roadmap to support their customers and clients.
“ We took the decision to partner with DebtStream having reviewed various potential solutions within the sector, because we felt the robust nature and flexibility of their platform offered our customers the best possible solution and experience, since our go live, we have seen a tremendous uptake with very positive results for both customers and clients alike. ”
Richard Fenton Head of Digital at Zinc Group

We are excited they have chosen us to power their digital collections capability, and it has been great working closely with their team during the rollout of our platform, seeing the amazing results and impact it has had on their business.”
